She believes that true wellness involves emotional, mental, and spiritual growth, and she is honored to incorporate Biblical principles and Christian values into therapy when requested.
Keisha provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can process life’s challenges while strengthening their sense of purpose and identity. Using a person-centered approach, she encourages individuals to actively participate in their healing journey while developing practical coping skills and renewing healthy thought patterns.

Outside of her professional role, Keisha enjoys serving in church and community outreach, spending time with her large family, hiking, and watching movies.
